either. The call centre operator was insistent that it says on their
website that the old appliance must be completely disconnected first,
Well that was certainly true when we had a new washing machine a few months
ago. The only reason they didn't install it is because I asked them not to
(due to not having a floor down at the time) but they took the old machine away
as promised.
