Hi Guys
I've bought a claim against a company (it may be a sole trader) and he's
lodged a defence on the whole of the claim, which was in three parts
with nominal compensation.
Apparently the claim now gets refered to a real court, will this be in
my local crown court, or is there any chance it could be refered to his
local court?
I'm eventually going to put up a web page about the case, when can this
happen? I don't want to cause any problems with the court and ticking of
a judge.
Cheers
Martin
if the defendant is a private individual the case will be automatically
transferred to their home court but there's no harm in you requesting
that it be heard local to you when you fill out the N150 (Allocation
Questionnaire)
.
