Lords throw out glorification (again)
There wasn't a hope in hell of the glorification clause passing into law,
it's just been thrown out for the second time. I think Commons have become
incapable of legislating, preferring instead to posture for the benefit of
the tabloid media. Isn't it time this function was passed to the Lords and
removed from this bunch of incompetent amateurs.
