Could just be a laptop. A medical-type student I know was *given* an ultra-lightweight laptop, software, printer, case etc totally nearly 3k - because she is assessed as functionally dyslexic.

Just think, she could be setting the dials when you get your radiation therapy....writing up your prescriptions...

I don't know about scaring the germs, but it certainly scares me.
