I would not, if I were in the UK. Assuming they had a court order under
their belt, my understanding from other threads on this ng is that they are
allowed to haul away anything they fancy unless you can prove there and
then that it does not belong to the debtor.
Moreover if there is any risk of bailiffs coming round, then keep computers
well backed up with the backup CD's well hidden, preferably off site. And
keep laptops well hidden when not in use.
