No, I simply discovered you were penniless.

4. You then changed tack and libeled me and challenged me to sue you
on a number of occasions and started to taunt me claiming I had no
balls.

You have no balls, and yes you are a coward, the main proof is the
fact you abuse and libel those you dislike, but at same time,
hide your ISP details.

5. I sued you and your solicitors phoned me on at least 3 occasions
asking me to drop the case.

And you ended up having to do just that, once you realised
you had no case to win.

6. I eventually had to go to Liverpool High Court and you failed to
show and your solicitor said you live 30 minutes away.

So what is your point.
No need for me to have attended court given I was represented.

7. You solicitor claimed in open court that he didn't even know if he
was going to get paid because you were brassic lint.

Well we only have your word that was said.

8. I showed your solicitor a second claim I had made against you and
he was totally surprised because you hadn't even told him about it.

9. I offer to settle for £1K and you pay your costs and the costs
order for approx £3k you had already secured against me through me
making a *** of the first application.

We only have your word for that.
But one thing is for sure you didn't get any money at all.
I refused to pay you what you wanted.
You ended up having to settle with nothing from me.

10. You are unable to pay me anything

Correction, you were due no money from me, and that is the
*only* reason I paid you nothing.

but withdraw your libel and agree not to repeat them again and agree
to pay your own costs and the £3K already owing to you.

You are very confused, the court order makes it clear *you*
not I, not to repeat things about me. There is no reference abbot what
I say.

11. My wife is diagnosed with cancer and I stop everything I am doing
and agree to accept your offer to pay your own costs and I withdraw
and leave your solicitors to tidy up.

12. I have paid out about £200 max. You of the other hand are about
£5K out of pocket. As you challenged me to sue you I would say that
leaves me the clear winner which ever way you dress it up.

You seem to have forgotten what you said in your claim:

"I was preparing legal papers for another issue at the time and your
attacks meant I could not continue to do that task and keep an eye on you
at the same time. I have had to borrow £2000 to pay a solicitor so far
and I expect to have to borrow another £3000 to complete the task"

Now kindly wrap up and get on with your existence because I am not
going to sue you again as you have no investments. No house. No moola.

laugh! As I, not you, that knows the truth about my real situation.

Do remember, most posters are well aware how you misread posts,
and end with twisting what was posted, into what wasn't posted.
Only few days ago you claimed Cynic pushed me into being sued by you.
