Not on a *working* camera AFAIK. Gatsos can only be used to prosecute
vehicles that are travelling away from them, and do not trigger on
cars that are moving toward them.
*But*, I have noticed that some Gatsos *will* flash when a car
travelling on the opposite carrigeway is exceeding the speed limit,
whilst others will not. This and other observations have led me to
believe that non-functional Gatsos are set up to flash for both way
traffic, and also have their theshold set to a lower speed (e.g.
exactly on the speed limit) in order to act as a deterrant. It is my
belief due to such observations that the Gatsos that do this are
either dummies, or have run out of film.
