Why? Prosecutions have been sought against people for having pictures
of women, even though it was demonstrably proved that said women were
over 18 when they were taken. The current law can get you both ways:
If the picture is of someone over-18, but looks under, and if it's
someone who is under-18, even if they look older. Best advice to
everyone is to stick to granny porn!
