as I sit here and type this I can look out of my window and count
4 x PL plates,
2 x LT plates
6 x untaxed cars
the foreign cars were being parked on my road before I bought the house
which was 2003.
I've complained to both the council and the dvla and neither seem to be
bothered about the untaxed vehicles.
so expect nothing to be done.
