It is very democratic. If Linus funds Oxbridge, etc., to the same extent as Bill does/did, he will doubtlessly get one too.

I have forgotten what the going rates are. Presumably they are on the 10downingst web site. Bill probably paid over the odds, but then, he can afford it.
