I believe that the standard procedure is to block the cold tap while

I had a bad experience with one of these loos in Yugoslavia many
years ago... they are no joke when one is suffering from diarrhoea
as it is impossible to rest and standing in a certain position for
a long period of time... I leave the discomfort to your imagination.

Since I had had breakfast there I assume the use of the loo was included
in the price.
