Your post is a bit confusing.

Why did your mother die? You need to see the death certificate and any
report from the coroner if there was an inquest.

Which doctor said she was not given her heart medication? Where does he work
and on what evidence does he make that claim?

Was she prescribed the tablets (you say her GP didn't prescribe them - if
not, did he think they weren't necessary?) and if she was prescribed them,
were they dispensed and given to her?

You need to find out the truth and the best option would be to go to a good
firm such as Irwin Mitchell or Leigh Day, and trust their advice.
