Maybe he is like most good drivers and know their speed without looking
at their speedo, perhaps he goes so slow through camera sites that he
does not know if he was speeding or not, going through one specific
site.
I know where there is a camera in Sunderland where I sometimes go. If I
recieved a NIP, I would be surprised, and want to see evidence, as it
*is* possible I drove too fast through it, but as I always slow down
for it, then speed back up to an appropriate speed for the conditions
(if conditions are poor then I would already be going slower) So
perhaps you could see why I would want to see evidence?
