Possibly correct

Hmm.
I walk a mile to work and back (2miles) every day and I'm walking back
and forth between two office buildings and up and down several flights
of stairs. I bust my leg about 10 yrs ago and have since put on 4 ins
round the waist and 30lbs in weight. I put it down to not moving as
fast as I used to do. I certainly eat no differently. In fact I've
given up eating dairy foods to a great extent but still no going back
to 185lbs weight.
