Steve Hi,
The bad advise was that there were gas pipes, that were
sticking out, and due to that, the oven wont fit in.
The old kitchen has to be ripped out, we were also not advised that we
needed a Combi boiler, because there
is already an existing cannister or whatever its called hee hee , it think
is an emersion heater that stores the hot water.
As for the budget, i was given a price, and it hasnt just slightly gone
over, its gone over a lot, due to the designers bad advice.
And as for my not giving too much information, it was deliberate, as i didnt
want to go into great depth, as i felt i just wanted to be pointed into
the right direction, or have an overview, o the legal side of things, and
where to get advice from.
Thanks
