You have supplied ZERO evidence.
You have supplied evidence that shows people's reactions are affected
when they are on the phone. But nobody would dispute that.
You have not provided *any* evidence that any significant number of
accidents have *actually* happened as a result of people using the
phone, or even co-incidentally with using one.
