Two surgeons botch an operation while trying to save the life of a
patient but end up killing him. Two surgeons subsequently tried in
court for manslaughter. Their fate decided by judge and jury after all
the evidence is heard.

Two cops botch an operation and kill a man they were sent to check up
on. Two cops never see the inside of a court and the establishment
