If you want to quit, and they're not willing to play ball, you start
breaching their terms like there's no tomorrow, and complain about
yourself from another account until they terminate your service.
Which is exactly the approach I'm now taking with BT Openzone, since
they're insisting that because I was 2 days late in cancelling my 3
month trial, they now get to charge me for 12 month's service at 5
times the rate I've been paying during the trial period.
