Bailiffs: Doesn't have to let them in - they have no initial right of entry.
They do in business premises, as in this case.
3rd Party debt order: Freezes the money in is account, but still doesn't force him to actually hand it over. Useless if you can't find his account or there isn't the money in it when the order is served.
Charging order: Useless if he doesn't sell his house - assuming it is in his sole name in the first place.
It opens the way for an application for an Order for sale.
Attachment of earnings order: Easily circumvented - he changes his job (the order is on a specific employer). Not available if he is self employed.
