You are replying to a spammer, Richard. He is raising a question on
this newsgroup, then changing his identity and posting an "answer" to
that question that involves the use of his commercial web service.
Note the OP and the reply advocating the use of the commercial web
site originate from the same IP address. So he is not a very clever
spammer.
