The word "horse" = German "pferd".
The landlord will not allow you to keep a horse in your toaster,
regardless of what colour it is. It is also cruel to the horse,
especially if you use the toaster. You must find out who it belongs
to and give it back., together with saddle and any other attachments.
Don't worry, you'll get the hang of English sarcasm pretty quickly!
