He did return them within the month - if they want to specify that they
should *receive* them within the month maybe they should amend that clause
to 'If we do not receive the DVDs, that will result in the account remaining
active and billing will continue'.
However I agree that the OP doesn't deserve a refund - as he suggested he
should carry on renting for another 3 weeks.
