With great respect i think you need to get help for her not just from
a sol but also from a medical person.

The phone bill is in my wife’s name, the account was opened by my wife for herself. Nasty got hold of the phone bill. Lied that it was nastys, even though the letter I scanned is addressed to the same person with the same name on the phone bill. The letter is demanding she pay the bill to nasty.

This is why things are so messed up!
