Not fair.
I think you are doing this all wrong !!!
You need to get sign off at each stage.
So you will hold a number of meetings. First to seel your idea's then to
agree what you can deliver. You then need to prepare a technical
specification, it doesn't need to be technical as in what SPROCs ect you are
going to use but include a list of all functionality that you are going to
include and a rough indication or time for each of these. This will form
the basis of the quote. The quote should also include time scales and
deliverables. Once the quote is accepted they could pay 30% of he fees.
And then you agree future milestones and get the project signed off as you
go. any major functionality change invokes a new quote ect. I think you
must have a serious issue in your business plan if you are aving so many
issue. I urge you not to use this T&C.
