Yes it was, and makes the poster out to be as stupid as each other. It
is akin to the school yard jibes "well go away then".

Yes of course, I can see how my statement could be twisted to seem as
though I had been in favour of the beating but not of it extending. I am
just not used to having to guard my words so much.
As an aside, the beatings are alleged and not at all proved, (unless you
know differently)
