There was a certain trademark action taken against either the
'model' or organisers of a certain sex-show, I think in the
Netherlands. I think it involved a coca-cola bottle (no doubt they
will now attempt to sue me for not putting the name in capitals)
- I suspect (not bothered to go upstairs and actually research the
result) it was a success.
