A company that is branding equipment 'Bang & Olofssen' may be guilty of
passing off if the equipment could be confused with that made by Bang &
Olufsen. If the equipment is in an entirely different field from any of
those in which the mark Bang & Olufsen is registered, then it could be quite
legitimate for them to use the name Bang & Olofssen.
