world, is seeking new 'Associates' to join them. Globally the
company has achieved great success since 1973 through organic growth
and not through corporate acquisitions, and is one of the world's top
100 companies with a global network of over120,000 Associates in 57
countries

Many people are attracted to the independence and satisfaction of
running their own business, but are understandably reluctant to 'go
it alone'. As an 'Associate' with our client, you are in business
for yourself, but not by yourself.

This opportunity offers uncapped earnings potential with international,
national and local promotion, marketing and advertising.

Previous experience within estate agency is not necessary. First class
training is offered, plus the use of innovative sales and marketing
materials. Successful sales people from almost any background that have
the drive and ambition to develop a business for themselves can do
well.

There are no set up capital costs or overheads as the office
infrastructure and administration support is provided.

How does it work?

>>From the average fee of 1.8[%] of the property selling price,

- 9[%] to Head Office for the use of brand name/international/national
advertising.
- 8[%] to overheads; provision of desk, lighting, heating, PC,
stationery, advertising.
- Balance split 50:50 between the Associate and the franchise owner.

Extra income can be derived with commission from solicitors and IFA
advisors.
