Franchise Sales Consultant - Northern Home Counties

The primary purpose is to generate franchise sales and work throughout
the sales cycle from lead generation activity, through pre-sales
qualification steps, through presentation of franchise proposition, to
sales closure.
The role requires a credible, motivated, tenacious and driven sales
professional with a minimum of 5 years track record in delivering sales
results.
Key Result Areas:
· Reach defined sales goals as set by the Region.
· Proactively generate leads
· Deliver presentations and other proposals to prospects.
· Co-operate with Marketing in support of sales campaigns.
· Assist the region in organizing seminars and information evenings
for prospects.
Critical Competencies:
· Full ability to understand and identify with the franchise RE/MAX
concept and systems.
· Business knowledge - has a broad understanding of a B2B type
sales process.
· Proactively develops customer relationships by listening to,
understanding & anticipating, and providing solutions to customer's
objections.
· Possesses the appropriate level of confidence and business
experience to deal with prospects from all industry sectors.
· Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies
related to the RE/MAX business model
· Computer literate (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
· Customer service orientation
· Results oriented
Personal qualities:
Confident, enthusiastic, motivated and committed you can work with
minimum supervision and have strong relationship building and
consultative skills. Assertive and credible you must be able to deal at
all levels and have lots of drive and determination.
Basic Salary £12 K + Commission - OTE £35-£85K
