For phone calls use 'Skype' on your PC/laptop - it's dirt cheap, and
I've been using it for ages... (just google Skype). And here's the
really good bit - when you have it, look under the 'tools' menu - 'do
more' - 'get extras' - and download the application called 'Pamela'.
It's a nifty call recorder that saves your phone call in MP3 format.
Useful for recording the lying, deceiving c*nts, especially when
you're up against their bogus claims.
