Its unlikely - especially if Criminal Compliance was involved. You may see
that action has been taken in the sense that they will refer the case to
enforcement or whatever, but probably no specific details.

Could anyone tell me if I will be entitled to see any of the records
of actions taken by the unit in relation to the absent parent's
refusal to provide information, produce fraudulent financial
disclosure and refusal to pay please?
