And I just like to add many people have been so abused by the Gestapo that
they have or are still fighting in the trenches.

We should remember this shower of bastards are intimately involved in the
deaths of some 100 or so men,
Thousands have simply left the country,
Men are still being sent to Jail,
Driving licences still being removed,
Property is still being lifted by the Gestapo's henchmen,
Bank accounts are still being frozen

AND their appalling error rate has not improved!

Yet this GOVERNMENT, the LABOUR Government or Tony's government the one the
aspiring mister Brown want's to run, the one that has sanctioned payments in
bonuses of over 25,000,000 (yes that's million) in the last 5 years, while
at the very same time saying this agency was not fit for purpose, the one
that hinted at its closure have now santioned the The continuance of this
mess by handing out even bigger clubs to beat MEN with and whispering 'Don't
give a *** whether the figures add up get the bloody money.'

Remember this when it comes time to cast your vote again.

Ask your MP where he stands on this issue

NACSA are usually very supportive and for that reason alone are worth
the subscription. However, they do not have a magic wand. It takes
two to tango and the Goverment (who run the CSA) are in no mood to
tango at the moment. Secondly, it requires common sense and
reasonableness to get anywhere - those two particularly qualities are
seldom used in the same sentence as Labour Goverment and civil
servants. The purpose of the CSA is to hit goverment targets and has
nothing whatsoever to do with the welfare of your children or anyone
elses for that matter. Looking at it logically, you stand in the way
of goverment employees hitting their targets and collecting a pay
bonus for doing so, so even NACSA are going to find it difficult
getting anywhere with cases which are time consuming to sort out. To
use a business phrase they go for the 'low hanging fruit' because its
easy. The real dead-beat dads are too much like hard work and there
is no money in it.

There appears to have been a directive from upon high to errect the
barracades, making the organisation even more inpenetrable than it was
before. NACSA can help point you in the right direction but it and
you are dealing with a department of goverment which appears to be a
Law unto itself, will make up things to suit, and will even lie in
Courts if it means getting the performance statistics it needs. You
have perhaps realised that when you kick up a fuss the politicians and
civil servants, bounty hunters they employ at the CSA throw their toys
out ofd the pram. So by all means sign up to NACSA, but unless you
have a direct line to the God Tony Blair worships and can count on
divine intervention, remember NACSA is mortal and your expectations
should be realistic.
