Police slam goverment 'Target Culture' - Not that it could ever happen at the CSA....

Police today lambasted the (governments) 'Target Driven Culture' and
produced a dossier of ludicrous examples of the tick boxes hit
targets
culture, including arresting a child for throwing a slice of cucumber
Of course the disease 'Tick the box - hit the target' is hardly
confined to the boys in blue - it has spread like wild-fire under the
current government. Not that it would ever happen in a department
and
competent and open as the Child Support Agency where the government
employees pursue relentlessly genuinely irresponsible fathers and
never hound harass, intimidate and bully responsible fathers.

hitting
targets than getting the work done''
