Do you mean that if i do not claim for any tax credits whatsoever they
can still calculate that and make me pay it?

If your partner earns more than you, then all the working tax credit is
considered hers, and thus not included as income for CS purposes. However,
child tax credits...that may still be included, depending on what system you
are on, and what part of the formula you pay through if you are on CS1.
Do be aware...CSA can consider you as having that income if they discover
that you are entitled to it, but not taken it.

I have recently turned down over £300 a month for child and working
tax credits because the idiot who has custody of my child will see
money from my second child. I am certainly not going to see them
benefit from by second child especially when the PWC is not even blood
related to the child they are looking after. Crazy huh?
CSA are a joke.
My question is, if my wife was to earn more than me and she was then
awarded the Child and Working Tax credits would the Muppet with PWC
see 15% of it?
