Jut request a change of circs and re-assessment. Should be OK, I would

I will be going inot Hospital for an operation at the end of may, if
all goes well this will mean that I am off work recovering for 16-20
weeks afterwards, during this time I will be on Half Pay, how do I go
aboat getting my assessment altered as I don't want arrears to accrue
during this time, any help appreciated many thanks John
