Re: Help meeeeeeee!

Your employer probably wouldnt help...he could stop making the deductions
but he would technically be breaking the law by doing so as he has no
written instruction from CSA.

Email me your details, case reference number, CSAC and employer deatils etc
and i will see if i can get someone to lift this for you

Hello all,
I have a letter from the CSA stating that they have cancelled my case
from the end of November 2006, however they have still not cancelled
my DEO after being prompted to do so now for the last 3 months!! this
is now the 5th occasion that the CSA has taken money direct from my
earnings that is not owed to them. and having just received my pay
slip for March they have decided to still take money from me for a
closed case.

I do not owe arrears, and the CSA do eventually refund the money (when
they see fit) so how do I get them to cancel the DEO? Every time I
contact them they state that they have cancelled the DEO, but it is
blatant lies as my employer has received no such cancellation. I have
written to complain, sent a e-mail to my local MP but nobody seems
even mildly interested. Is this not a crime?

Anyway my question is:

Is there anyway I can appeal though my employer and have them stop
sending money to the CSA provided I show them that the case has been
cancelled ie: the letter?
