Can only suggest that you get them to put everything in writing - even
if you have to write to them with ONE direct question, in order that
they answer only that, (otherwise they tend to group your questions
into one and just give you a load of confusing bull***). They are
lying c*nts, half of them don't know their arse from their accent,
I've had years of this ***. Every letter you write to them copy to
your MP as well. They have a special unit which takes notice whenever
an MP gets involved. They are clearly not fulfilling their legal
obligations to you - so involve your MP now. Mind you, even when you
do this, they are still a bunch of under-achieving c*nts!
