Re: Benefit fraud and the CSA

Also bear in mind that it's quite probably a Benefits Agency decision on
whether to prosecute for benefit fraud or not. I doubt the CSA actually
have a remit to prosecute anyone for benefit fraud...

I have some interesting intel on this issue...

Unless the benefits queen has ripped off the dole for more than £4000,
they won't bother prosecuting as it's too expensive and not
financially justifiable.

The CSA couldn't give a sh*t if the low-rent sponger has been
prosecuted for fraud before - their only remit is to mug the NRP for a
much as they can get away with. Which shows what a useless, dis-
honourable bunch of b*stards they are (amongst other reasons!).

Also, (coz remember, the decision to prosecute is made by some pinhead
on a case to case basis), if it might be 'unpopular', or cause
'embarassment' to prosecute, then they don't prosecute. Simple as
that.

I've lived in a few foreign countries, and only in Britain could we
generate a strata of welfare-bums that are so clued up on leeching a
system which hasn't the moral fibre to sort them out - despite their
laughable campaigns to 'report a cheat' (or whatever the slogan is
this week). No wonder Dover and Felixstowe are the top holiday
destinations for the foreign pikeys...
