Thanks for all your thoughts people.
The PWC is being quite canny about this - she's a seasoned benefits
queen and knows the score. Whilst what my son goes through is perhaps
not abuse per se, it is certainly neglect. However, even if I could
objectively prove this, there'd be no automatic change of residence
for my son. In fact the witch would probably receive even more
welfare assistance to 'help' her...
I know also that she'd fight to the bitter end to prevent me from
having custody/residence just because she can - that is her
lifestyle. I'm the only one that would lose in this instance, whilst
still getting screwed by the CSA scum.
This is one i'm gonna have to sit out. Thank goodness my son is as
intelligent as he is, and already has a far more mature, kind and
loving nature than his mother does. Despite all her vindictive
attempts to turn him over the years, I'm just glad that there seems to
be a lot of a persons make-up in the blood - so she's already lost
that battle!
