familiar story!! years of letters, phone calls ignored. et al..
Face to face meeting? yeah, see my previous posts on how they make
this difficult too...
At last, after 7 yrs I've got movement on my case. What have I done
over the last 4 months? Everything they f*ck up on, or lie to me about
generates another complaint letter from myself, paper copy and email
CCed to the Chief Exec, my Employer, (to keep him in the loop), my MP.
Funny old thing, when those f**kers have seen who the letters are going
to, they've been a bit more forthcoming.
ALWAYS get the name of the under-achieving clown your speaking to. Get
itemised phone bills? highlight THAT call - and tell the morons that
you're logging EVERYTHING. We know they're sh*T, they know they're
sh*t - but they rely on people not having the tenacity to keep detailed
tabs on thier mistakes and lies, and to follow through. Jodi Bergs
website <www.ind-case-exam.org.uk> says this explicitly. (worth a
read).
I wish i'd done this years ago - like the bullies they are, when they
see you're exposing thier nasty bullsh*t to other people they're not so
keen... They're still sh*t though...
