Strange, the CSA failing to reply to an enquiry, never hear of that before,
that must be a first! Unusual to say the least, they being such an organised
and efficient Agency.

Does anyone have any information as to how I can persue a forward
payment of arrears? I am owed £22K+ mainly due to the CSA
inefficiencies and errors. Customers services at Belfast gave me an
address for Birmingham - I wrote twice and have not received even an
acknowledgement.
