Hi all,
Thanks for the replies. Spoke to my Case Officer yesterday for an
explanation as to why he had failed to request ALL information
regarding my re-assessment.
Apparently it is me that should know what information to provide and
the letter was only intended as a guide!!! can you beleive that?
Needless to say some harsh words were spoken an I demanded he re-write
the letter stating all information that is required under the old
rules.
