Oh What to Do

Hi,

Daughter is 16 later this month and without carer's allowance my
payment would drop from £90 to under £80 a week.

Rang the *helpline* for advice without giving my details on two
occasions and got differing answers. One person said I'd get a letter,
the other said they could action it as a review over the 'phone.

I rang the line as I had emailed and got no response. Eventually got
an email back saying that i would need a full review .........

I really do not want to go through that pile of forms ever again if I
can help it! Also i do not want to go through the submitting payslips
bit again.

Anyone got any advice how to progress?
