Just to clarify...NACSA are not inciting that everyone should stop paying. i
merely stating that the odd person making such a protest would have
absolutely no impact on trying to change the law.

helpful. civil resistance against an operation like CSA will only succeed
if EVERYONE partakes. the odd one or two people making a stance will
often end up getting burned.

Yes we do have to abide by the rules...that because the rules are the law,
whether we like them or not. but thats not to say that the officers are
allowed to abuse those laws to make someones life a misery...which is what
happens in a lot of cases. NACSA will make sure that the rules are
applied properly. in many cases, that has resulted in parents being much
happier with the outcome.

him also lots ontop school uniforms christmas ect at least 10,000
passed on in cash. She is denying this and has bribed and threatened
the children with the interm matence assesments rediculous figures not
to see him and they will get a pay out, now he no-longer see's his kids
who he loves so dearly, for 3 years.
She turned up on the doorstep in 2001 asking for money was going to
looose the car said she would drop the case if he paid the arreas of
the car he gave her what he could case closed. 2 1/2 years later 2003
we find out the case was never closed liability orders without our
knolge we had moved house since she turned up, it was all still going
on even tho no qualifing children lived with her the daughter lived
with grandparents.
We get in touch with the CSa totaly distressed. my partners
selfemployed they say pay £150 a month towards huge arrears (we have
been paying this monthly for 3 years still are) no really knowing
anything meanwhile new liability orders attending court pounced on for
information liability ordered in a public open court went to office
with information they wanted back information for 6 years rent council
tax ??? my patner had moved house so many times before I met him his
life was a mess trying to build a new life short tennancys landlords
from hell ect. 2 years of tax account were never done because he worked
sporadiclly ill depressed the tax office still want this.
he sent accounts twice yet the csa still ask for them? we written a
letter of complaint 3 months ago because its like talking to a wall and
now we are being pounced on......

The complaint was we have sent accounts tax returns TWICE,(yet they
still ask for them) his daughters have only lived with her 1 year each
at different times and all the cash paid yet no-one is listening we are
being treated unfairly. the complaint also states not to ring as he
cannot use the phone due to a disability contact by post, yet they
still try and ring.The case was opened because of income support which
was fraudently taken. She was living with a new partner who was on a
£30,000 annual income, was in rented accomadation claiming to be
single of the govement caliming housing and all the other benefits and
also taking cash from me. she was caught by the DSS and all benefits
stopped

So we sent the above complaint about 6 weeks ago had local case
officers knock at our house saying we called but you was out we will
call on such a date at such a time. My partner came home from work
early risking looseing a contract no-one came no explanation.
The complaint was being delt with by a different area now they are
working on our case
a complience inspector? who states again they want his tax records
accounts and deal with our complaint which doesnt seem likely. obiously
the inspector hasnt taken any notice of our letter of complaint or he
would realise he already has them and that he wouldnt ask for my
partner to ring him because he would no that he cannot use the
telephone.

So what do I do?? the complaint was totally useless just caused us more
problems. Its too much of an injustice to be hounded for something that
is totaly wrong I am a good citizen and live my life feeling like a
criminal I cant live this life it is so wrong. I have no children and
would like to start a family this is not possible I dont think I could
carry a baby because of the fear they create at the CSA my life is so
pointless I have gave up on my career because of the stress. His ex
wife would love it if she knew.

I cant see past two options we up and run move house different area
live like a criminal or follow
temptation and hang myself maybe the case will be noticed and closed if
not maybe my partner will follow and do as I did.

I have written this in the hope that some of you great people can tell
me or advise me how to stop this.

Firstly, don't even think about suicide sweetheart. Sixty-plus people
have killed themselves already over this evil organization, and they
haven't been 'noticed'!

Don't let this thing take over your life. You're dealing with an
injustice here, and you can beat it. Martin Luther King dealt with much
worse injustices than this and never gave up, nor must you.

You need to fight this. You do this in two ways:

1) Find a good accountant, one that has specific experience with
dealing with the CSA. Go through the Yellow Pages and make a few
appointments. There are many ways to (legally) reduce your liability to
the CSA, you just need to talk to somebody who's 'in the know' so to
speak.

2) This is a controversial one. From this point onwards, ignore the
CSA. Throw their letters in the bin and cancel all standing orders
you've set up for them. Don't answer their calls or cooperate with them
in any way. Organizations like NASCAR are duty bound to advise you
against this course of action, but what's the worst that can happen?
They've made your life living hell already; they can't burn you at the
stake or pull your fingernails out! They'll send a load of stroppy
letters and make threats. They've already driven you to the brink of
suicide, so let them do their worst! There's an old saying; "There's
nothing to fear but fear itself". Take no notice of the bastards, and I
guarantee you won't end up any worse than you are now. I speak from
experience.

the same as you. Again, suicide is not an option, contact me anytime

BTW, I appreciate what NASCA are trying to do, but I really feel that
the only way to deal with the CSA is through a campaign of civil
disobedience. You can't negotiate with a basically fascist regime.
NASCA try to play the game and comply with the rules and regulations to
sort the problem out, but it has become increasingly apparent that the
CSA do not give a *** about laws and civil rights, rather they make it
up as they go along.

So ignore the fuckers. Refuse to pay.
