Whilst I dont know all of the circumstances behind Fletchers case
either....i do know that the label DBD doesnt fit. He may criticise the
system in more colourful ways than most of us, that doesnt mean that he
doesnt pay for his children. I know that his children are not abandoned by
him - he just refuses to be dictated to by a corrupt system looking out for
its own gain rather than the childs.

From your use of the term DBD I'm guessing you're female and therefore
in the happy position of having most of the Family Court and CSA
completely on your side (btw I'm speaking as a male PWC here). You
will therefore understand that many of us men out here are just as
ready to use the equally pejorative term BFH to describe the many women
who deliberately withold access from separated fathers in defiance of
Court Orders, safe in the knowledge that ultimately almost the only
sanction is imprisonment which Family Court judges won't do. You
wouldn't be one of those BFHs would you?

Yes I am a PWC and I do CARE for my kids, because hey.... my ex
certainly doesnt. I dont want to sound like a VICTIM but my ex (who was
a bloke) BEAT me and my kids regularly. One day he hit me and when I
said I would call the Police he punched me in the face, threw the phone
at me and said " CALL THEM". Is this the type of person you would like
looking after your kids??? NO I am NOT a BFH just a Bitch whoes had the
*** kicked out of her, so when CSA letters land saying 'We have found
out he has started yet another job' I will happily fill out the forms
so he has to pay for his kids (but I will not readily give this FREAK
access).


PS I don't recall seeing Fletcher slag off NRPs. He does frequently
slag off the CSA and the government though. So do I. So do many of
us. Your point is?

My Point is YOU and OTHERS on this group are on the side of the fence
of the NRP who will stand up for the 'good fight' of the person who
doesnt see his kids, I am saying if you deserve to see your kids then
you should be able to do so............ If you are like my ex, you most
certainly dont.

PS. My kids having gone through the whole court thing dont wish to see
him either.
