indeed writing is always a good option - but would suggest you do this
AFTER the telephone call....helps to stop them claiming they never
received your letter so didnt carry out whatever it was that you asked.

the first number relates to cases at that centre but on CS2 - if you
are
on CS1 you should use the second number.
