if your daughter continues with education then yes you will remain liable.
(watch thread below re BURSARY to follow if attending University is
considered) but if she has finished with education then you are not.

I did not want to re-open a previous thread I made and would like some
clarification/advice on a telephone conversation I had this morning with a
CSA representative.
My daughter has finished 6th Form College and is 19 on 7 September. The
start of the new school year is on 29 August. Because my daughter is
spending the Summer holidays with me, as usual, I tried to be exempt for
payment due in July and August, this lead to some arguements so I decided
to finish my monetary obligations to my ex. wife by sending payments for
July and August to the CSA requesting confirmation that this ends my
payments.
Imagine my surprise when I was told that I am liable up to my daughter's
19th birthday, irrespective of the start of the new school year. Now the
money is not really the problem here, it's all to do with principle. But,
which date is correct my Daughter's 19th Birthday or the start of the new
school year?
