The courts are there to help the children first and foremost, but thier
iVictorian value (and some would say incompetence) and secrecy means
they do little or nothing to help the children when the mother (as it
usually is) prevents the children from having a father (in all but
name).
Flectcher and I appear to share the same view. It may be a minority of
cases, but these mothers and 'meal ticket mothers' appear to avoid the
same media attention heaped on 'dead-deat dads' which far too many our
politicians and The CSA use as a convenient scapegoats.
