i would suggest that you call the centre and ask to be passed to a
customer service manager or complaints resolution manager. depending on
what centre is dealing with your case this request will either be
attended to without too much difficulty, or you will suffer continual
obstacles...but just remind them that as part of their complaints
procedure you are entitled to speak with a senior officer. if they
promise to have some one call you back - and they dont - call them again.
and call them each day until they do pass you to a senior officer.

you need to check if your assessments are correct...and then check the
arrears. it is a focus of the CSA at the moment to chase old debt - and
not all of them are particularly accurate.

Please excuse the ignorance of the new boy in class !!

I've been paying CSA for several years thanks to a DEO.
All of a sudden the amount jumps up, considerably. I phone them to ask
why and I'm told there are arears ?? why I say? Don't know, will check
and get back to you.
New assessment comes in the post, It's gone up even more !!!
I've been phoning them for 3 weeks now and getting NO-WHERE.
I always speak to the same guy and he has promised 3 times to fax me
all the payments they've received from my employer but still hasn't
done what he promised.
(I have this info from personell and want to compare it).
WHAT do you have to do to get these people to listen ??
