Hi and thanks for the reply, I actually emailed the address on the card. I
later found the letter my partner received with the correct email address
on.

I located your email this morning...it had gone through admin rather than
directly to the advisers hence the delay. Normally subscriber emails are
replied to within 24 hours, but enquiry emails can sometimes take a little
longer, depending on the number of queries that we get. I believe the
advisers have actually spoken with you today - did this address your
query,
or are there other issues that still require attention? please feel free
